A young piano teacher who occasionally patrols the neighbourhood of his own accord. He might say that he "looks like a murderer" himself, but he's actually the very embodiment of a pure soul. He is characterized by his unique language, always wearing grey clothes, and his graceful demeanour. He enjoys interpreting the psychology of criminals in his own way and is particularly interested in the "state of mind of those who take human lives", i.e. the mental attitude of murderers.
