A member of Unit 31X.Irene is a member of Seraph and a famous detective dispatched to Japan from the London branch of England. Her observing and reasoning abilities are quite sharp. It seems that she uses a pseudonym because "a great detective does not reveal his identity". She tends to explain most of her eccentricities by saying she does this because she is a great detective.
